A renewal inspection occurred at the facility. A review of staff files was conducted. Regulation requires staff to participate in annual fire safety training. The following staff did not participate in annual fire safety training: Staff #3 (previous 6/27/23, current 7/10/24), Staff #4 (previous 6/29/23, current 7/19/24), Staff #5 (previous 7/5/23, current 8/26/24) and Staff #6 (previous 5/25/23, current 6/18/24).

The CPSL states a volunteer clearance cannot be used for employment in child care. Staff #1 was working in child care at the time of this inspection. The CPSL requires clearances to be updated every 60 months. Staff #7 did not update their clearances every 60 months: child abuse (previous 8/29/16, update 9/24/21) and FBI (previous 8/29/16, current 9/23/21).
