Regulation requires staff to review the emergency plan within 90 days of their hire date. At the time of this inspection, Staff #1 has not yet reviewed the facility's emergency plan. Regulation also requires staff to review the facility's emergency plan on an annual basis. Staff #2 did not review the emergency plan on an annual basis (previous 10/8/23, no current).

Staff #1 did not maintain current certification in pediatric first aid/CPR as their certification expired on 9/24/24. Staff #1 was working in child care at the time of this inspection.
