Child # 2 admitted they did and staff # 1 did not see what happened behind their back.

During a complaint investigation on 6/17/25, staff admitted that on 5/20/25, staff # 1 was responsible for child # 1 and child # 1 was left unsupervised in the hallway when walking from the bathroom to the classroom. It was also determined that on 6/11/25, child # 2 was alone in the classroom by staff # 1 from 2:54 PM to 3:09 PM. Staff # 1 entered the classroom twice during that time for approximately 1 minute each, and neither time acknowledged the child laying on the floor.
