This is evidenced by the previously documented pediatric first- aid/CPR training expiration date of 6-2025.

An operating thermometer shall be placed in the refrigerator. Potentially hazardous food brought from the child's home or provided by the facility shall be refrigerated.

At the time of inspection, facility children's lunch was observed in two refrigerators, in the preschool classroom. One refrigerator did not have a thermometer. The second refrigerator's thermometer exceeded fifty degrees and was in the danger zone.
