The staff person shall be physically present with the children in his group on the facility premises and on facility excursions off the facility premises.
During complaint inspection on May 13, 2026, staff #1 and #2 named a total of 14 children in their supervision groups, but 18 children were present leaving 4 children unaccounted for, and staff #3, 4 and 5 named a total of 14 children in their supervision groups but 15 children were present, leaving one child unaccounted for.

During complaint investigation on October 19, 2023, cert rep observed staff #4, 5, 9 and 10 in room 119. When asked, all staff indicated that they did not have an assigned supervision group. In room preschool 108, staff #6 indicated that she did not have a group assigned to her - staff #11 and 12 named 11 out of 18 children, leaving 7 children unassigned. In preschool 106, staff #13 indicated she did not have a group assigned to her and staff #14 and 15 named 14 out of 22 children, leaving 8 children unassigned. In room 204, 12 children were named out of 15, leaving 3 children unassigned. In 202, 20 of 21 children were named, leaving 1 child unassigned. In room 206, 13 out of 20 children were named, leaving 7 children unassigned. In room 211, 13 out of 20 children were named, leaving 7 children unassigned.

Staff #1 was terminated for an CPS incident where the staffer, A/P taught the children to walk in a straight line and if the children fell out of line, staff #1 would shove and body check the children. The report states staff #1 would bump children hard enough to knock them over and a child bumped their head off of the floor. It was reported there are concerns with the emotional abuse towards the children in the classroom. There were no marks to the any children.
