    During the renewal inspection on 3/14/25, during the afterschool program, the certification representative called the facility to gain entrance. Staff person #2 acknowledged that they were by themselves and could not leave the room. The certification representative was escorted by Bradford Heights staff to the afterschool classroom. Staff person #2 was observed alone with 14 children. No other staff persons were present at the facility.
