Since the beginning of May 2024, staff #1 and staff #2 stated that at times, the center has been out of ratio between 7:45 am to 8:15 am. On 6/4/24 at 7:45am, Certification Representative observed 1 staff member supervising 6 infants in the Infant room. The infant room was out of ratio for 15 minutes when a 2nd staff member started her shift.
