During the unannounced renewal inspection on 3/26/25 the inspector observed the staff files and found that staff #3 did not update their fire safety annually as evidenced by a previous fire safety training dated 01/05/23 and a current dated 01/07/25. Staff #4 did not update their fire safety annually as evidenced by a previous fire safety training dated 07/09/23 and a current dated 01/03/25.
