    Prior to issuance of initial Certificate of Compliance, Cert Rep Sup observed during initial inspection on 3/13/2023, numerous objects were observed that would be in reach of infants and toddlers that were of a diameter of one inch or less, such as pens and pencils, thermometer, artificial floral arrangement, and tacks on the bulletin board.

    Prior to issuance of initial Certificate of Compliance, Cert Rep Sup observed during initial inspection on 3/13/2023, the emergency plan did not clearly explain how notification of parents was to occur, what the shelter in place and lockdown procedures were, and the evacuation procedure. The emergency plan also did not address the accommodations for children with medical needs, infants and toddlers.
