The staff person shall be physically present with the children in his group on the facility premises and on facility excursions off the facility premises.

    At approximately 12:00 PM, Staff #1, Staff #2, and 10 School Aged Children were present in the School Age Classroom. Staff #1 identified 9 children as being in their assigned group. Staff #2 identified 3 children as being in their assigned group. Two of the children identified by Staff #2 were not present in the classroom at the time and the third child was previously named by Staff #1. This left one child in the School Age Classroom that was not identified as being part of an assigned group of children.
