    Based on interviews with staff, a white powdery substance was seen on the floor of the Toddler 1 classroom when staff were putting away mats after rest time. It was determined by staff that a capsule containing medication prescribed by a physician was unknowingly dropped by a staff person and must have been stepped on breaking the capsule and spilling the medication on the floor. The medication was accessible to the children in the classroom.
