In the Pre-K Boys bathroom, there were cleaning products that were under an unlocked sink that were accessible to children. In classroom 3 there were mopping clothes which indicated to keep out of reach of children that were accessible to children located under an unlocked sink.

On 5/24/23 during the renewal inspection, -In Classroom 1 there were exposed pipes near the heating vents that were accessible to children and the highchairs used for the children in this classroom (Highchair with elephants) cover pad was torn. -In Classroom 1 and 4 the rest mats for the children were torn and in not good repair. -In Classroom 5 (Indoor Play space), there was a bench with perturbing nails that was accessible to children and there was a blue bucket located by the door which had small choking hazards that were accessible to children.
