The water drain pipe was laying on the side of the playground, the basement door was rusted, the gate was in disarray and half way down, the water hose was on the ground un wrapped, a wooden gate was propped up against the left gate, the right gate was down completely and pieces of cement was broken from the outdoor walk way.
