On 5/4/26, an unannounced inspection was conducted. Cert Rep observed a small playpen in the infant classroom that staff reported is used to place toddlers in as a form of discipline when the toddlers won't sit in time out. During the investigation it was reported by another child to Cert Rep that the playpen in the classroom is referred to as a "Kid Jail". This small playpen is restricting the toddler's movement and confining toddlers to a small space.
