    During an initial inspection conducted on 6/1/2022, the Certification Representative observed the following items in the outdoor play space. A metal rod was sticking out of the playground concrete ground. There was a drain in the playground ground that did not have a cover on it. There was barbed wire interwoven and with edges stick out of the fence in the outdoor play space. The outdoor play space contained debris. Wire mesh was not secured on the fence. There were 2 bottles of lighter fluid and a BBQ grill in the outdoor play space.
