Based on interviews, staff have sprayed children in the face using spray bottles. Based on interviews, Staff #1 threw a wet rag at a child and hit the child in the arm. Based on interviews, Staff #1 and #2 threw their shoes at the children for not listening but did not actually hit the children with their shoes. Based on interviews, Staff #1 threw an easy grasp ball at the children to get their attention but did not hit the children with the ball. Based on interviews, Staff #1 and #2 threw pillows and stuffies at the children.
