During complaint investigation on 6/7/24, due to self-reported non-compliance, it was determined that staff person #1 was physically aggressive with child #1 on 5/31/24, when pushing the child and his chair into the table. The harsh actions of staff person #1 resulted in child #1 pinching his/her thumb in between the table and the chair, causing the child to have a red and swollen thumb.
