All new staff must be trained on new policy and sign off that they received the Active Supervision Naptime policy.

Inspector along with director and owner stood outside the older toddler room while inspector provided technical assistance due to inspector observing staff 1 not properly supervising. Inspector continued to check ratio's and supervision throughout the facility and walked back by the older toddler room to observe staff 1 now sitting on the floor working on her tablet looking up when inspector arrived at the classroom window . Director went back to classroom to speak with staff 1 about supervision while inspector spoke with Owner.
