According to staff statements, Staff Person #1 stated that Child #1 cries every time they fall and then intentionally demonstrated this by causing the child to fall. Based on the video evidence and staff interviews, the investigation concluded that Staff Person #1 intentionally caused the child to fall and singled the child out for ridicule.

The operator shall provide the parent of each child enrolled with information on how to access the regulations in this chapter electronically and with instructions for contacting the appropriate regional child care office.
