The metal walls, enclosing the toilets in the upstairs girls' restroom, had holes with sharp edges, creating a scraping / cutting hazard. The metal walls, enclosing the toilets in the upstairs boys' restroom, had holes with sharp edges, creating a scraping / cutting hazard. Four sharp window brackets, in the upstairs boys' restroom, which were partially unattached and accessible to children, created a scraping / cutting hazard. One sharp white hook was protruding through the wall in the back of the Maker Space room, near the baseboard, creating a scraping / cutting hazard. Through the emergency door near the Pre-K room and Multipurpose room, the cement area and stairs contained debris, wet leaves, mud, and a plastic bag, creating safety hazards. Multiple sharp nails were protruding through the wall in the Pre-K room, creating a safety hazard.
