The legal entity must submit a complete staff file to the certification representative for review and approval before a new/returning staff/facility persons may begin working or volunteering at the facility. All prospective/new hires and volunteers will not be permitted to work or volunteer at the facility until CPSL documentation is reviewed is reviewed and approved by the Department. The Department Certification Representative and/0r Certification Supervisor will review and provide a response about each CPSL documentation within 2 business days.
