    It was observed at the time of inspection staff #5 and staff #10 were working in the 4th grade classroom and did not complete the required pre-service training. Staff #5 had not completed pediatric first-aid and CPR training, emergency plan training and the required health and safety training 2022 update. Staff #10 had not completed pediatric first-aid and CPR training, mandated reporter training and the 10 hour health and safety training. Staff #8 had not completed the required health and safety training update by 12-30-22 as required.

Facility Person # 4, #9 and #10 may not work in a child care facility.

    It was observed at the time of inspection(6-22-23) staff #2's FBI Clearance was completed by the Department of Education. Staff #2 was working with another provisional employee in the 2nd and 3rd grade classroom. Staff #4, a provisonal employee, was working with another provisional employee in the 2nd and 3rd grade classroom. Staff #4's Pennsylvania State Police Clearance was not the complete certificate, their FBI Clearance was completed by the Department of Education, they had not applied for their National Sex Offender Clearance. Staff #3's Pennsylvania State Police Clearance, Child Abuse Registry Clearance, DHS FBI Clearance and mandated reporter training were more than 60 months old. Staff #3's updated FBI Clearance was completed by the Department of Education.
