Toxic, "keep out of reach of children" materials were observed to be accessible to children as follows: * White-out and sharpies were located in a low bin by the desk in the PreKdg room (corrected on-site). * Aquafor ointment was observed in an accessible bin by the desk in the Preschool room as well as hand sanitizer and other hand creams in a low cabinet that was not locked (all corrected on-site).
