Upon arrival at approximately 10:05 AM, child #2 was observed to be sitting in a feeding table without any activities. When I inquired, staff #1 explained that the child had just eaten, and needed to remain seated for about 30 minutes to prevent illness. Shortly after, child #1 was provided with a puzzle. About 20 minutes later, the child was removed from the seat, only to be returned about 10 - 15 minutes later for lunch. Following the meal, the child remained in the table for approximately another 30 minutes before being moved to a pack and play for nap. Child #2 was observed to be in either the feeding table or pack and play for at approximately 1.75 hours of the 2.5 hours I was at the facility.
