PROVISIONAL HIRE UNSUPERVISED: A provisional employee may not be permitted to work alone with children and must work within the vicinity of a permanent employee.

    Provisionally hired staff member number one was observed working unsupervised inside Room B which is assigned to infants. This staff person does not yet have required Health and Safety / Mandated Reporter Trainings on file at this time.
