In addition, in the large rear multi-purpose room were a total of (10) older toddlers, preschool and young school-age children, in the care one staff-#3. Upon entering this group of mixed ages (out of ratio) of children, the staff person was away from the group changing a child's diaper in the bathroom, resulting in the staff not being able to supervise the children for several minutes.
