The children were placed in areas behind shelf units and tables that blocked the direct supervision of staff person #1. During the inspection on 11/9/2021 the child #1 (Toddler) Child # 2(Preschool child) and Child #3(Preschool child) were observed at naptime, sleeping with their blankets completely coving their heads including the face area in three separate classroom areas.
