The evacuation routes and evacuation plans to exit the building may be the same as those required by §3270.94 (relating to fire drills).
During a renewal inspection on 08/12/2021, the emergency plan provided did not contain the evacuation route to the off site evacuation location.

3270.52 · When children are grouped in mixed age levels, the age of the youngest child in the group determines the staff:child ratio and maximum group size in accordance with the requirements in § 3270.51 (relating to similar age level). The required staff:child ratios must be maintained at all times.
During an unannounced inspection on 07/26/2021, 20 children from 1 year old to 12 years old were observed with two staff persons participating in one large group activity. The correct ratio should have been 1:5 with a maximum group size of no more than 10 children.
