No children were observed at this time. After walking down the stairs into the basement, child #1, #2 and #3 were observed alone in the back room. At approximately 12:49, staff person #1 left child #1, #2 and #3 sleeping in the main room unsupervised. Based on conversation with staff person #1, they had their monitoring device, however, they were putting dishes away.
