The legal entity will develop a tool with which to complete daily supervision and ratio checks of all classrooms throughout the day to assess sightlines, staff positioning in the room, and supervision groups. The tool will include the classroom name, date and time of observation, staff person(s) present, the number of children and their age levels (Infant, YT, OT, PS, YSA, OSA) present. The tool will assess that a staff person is physically present with their group of children under their supervision.
