At the time of inspection, a missing ceiling tile was observed in one year old classroom. Also, a damaged wall with broken plaster observed in a corner of the preschool classroom. The white floor tiles in the restroom of the PreK counts classroom were discolored with a dark gray stain which looked unclean. Also, in the PreK Counts classroom; the paint trim around the window was observed peeling.
