    At the time of the renewal inspection on 3/28/22, certification representative was reviewing facility fire alarm testing email reports. It was noted in an email sent to the facility director from maintenance staff that on 1/6/22 when maintenance staff tested the system alarms, the fire alarm and strobe located inside the door of room 106, the child care room, does not sound. Facility director stated she was verbally told it was repaired, however she has no documentation in writing that the repair was completed. The email from the maintenance staff just states a repair work order was submitted.
