The 2nd floor children's bathroom used by the children has 4 stained tiles. There are 2 stained tiles in the SA classroom on the 3rd floor on the left-hand side of the entrance of the classroom. There is a nail sticking out of the paneling on the right wall panel above the sink accessible to the children in the children's bathroom on the 1st floor. In the same bathroom there re sharp screw holes to the left entrance on the wall accessible to the children. The lock on the drawer labeled "teachers" on the counter in the ITCS classroom is broken and there are 4 lights closest to the changing table area that are broken or need to be replaced as they blink constantly. The lock on the mixed toddler pull out drawer of the counter is broken. The changing pad in the infant room on the first floor is ripped.
