Certification rep reported to the trampoline park, facility staff and children were not at park verified by trampoline park staff for the day. When rep returned to facility , school aged children present reported they did not go to the park at all or leave facility for a field trip at all on 7/21/22 as reported to rep by facility staff # 1 & # 3.

During a investigation at facility on 7/21/22, child # 1 a school aged child reported to certification rep that if children are not listening and following facility class rules before lunch, the children not following the rules are not served lunch until after all the other children in the classroom are served and are done eating their lunch as a form of discipline for not following the rules. There were 11 other school aged children (7 years of age and up) present when this was discussed and all the children confirmed to rep this was true.
