A renewal inspection was conducted 2/20/26. At that time, the staff files were reviewed for preservice trainings. Staff Person #2 had not updated their pediatric first aid and cpr training prior to the expiration of the previous training. This is evidenced by the pediatric first aid and cpr trainings on file dated 9/8/23 and 12/6/25. The director stated that Staff Person #2 had been working during the time that the training was expired.
