In Room 1001, there was a bottle of Fiber Powder in an unlocked blue cabinet accessible to children. In the Indoor Play Area bathroom, wipes were observed on a windowsill accessible to children. During a renewal inspection on 11/10/21, the Alphabet Rug in room 2027 was heavily soiled. In the bathroom of Room 2023, there are exposed pipes on an old bathtub with missing tiles appearing hazardous to the children using this bathroom. There was a step stool leaning against the wall in room 2027 presenting a hazard. Rooms 2033, 2023, 1005, 1006, and 2022 had dirty floors and woodwork. The cove base in Carriage house 2 needs repair. There was an unlocked door in room 1004 leading to 1005 that when opened presented a hazardous condition because a young child was sleeping on the floor behind the door. In the bathroom attached to Room 2030, the floor tiles need replacing and the bathroom floor needs to be cleaned to remove the dirt. In Room 2028, the jungle and pond rug are both heavily soiled. In Pre-K Room 2033 , the pond rug is soiled. The floor in room 2028 is dirty and needs to be cleaned. The Pre-K bathroom floor is dusty, dirty and needs to be cleaned. The caterpillar rug in room 2021 is soiled. There was a stapler in room 1005 in an unlocked drawer.
