At time of renewal inspection on 7/2/25, the file for staff person #2 contained an out of state driver's license showing the staff person resided outside of PA within the past 5 years, but there was no documentation of the applications or completed out of state clearances that are required.

Toys and objects with a diameter of less than 1 inch, objects with removable parts that have a diameter of less than 1 inch, plastic bags and styrofoam objects may not be accessible to children who are still placing objects in their mouths.
At time of renewal inspection on 7/2/25, hand sanitizer was observed in several classrooms throughout the facility and was accessible to children. Additionally, plastic bags with diapers and extra clothing were observed under changing tables and in cubbies in several classrooms throughout the facility and were accessible to children.

During renewal inspection on 7/11/24, the facility's emergency plan and the letter given to parents regarding the emergency plan, were missing information. The emergency plan itself was missing the word lockdown and the procedures that will be followed during a lockdown. The letter that is given to parents at the time of enrollment did not include lockdown procedures and did not include how children who are non-walkers, children who have disabilities and/or chronic medical conditions will be accommodated.
