3270.107 · A facility shall have an operable, clean refrigerator used to store potentially hazardous foods. The refrigerator shall be capable of maintaining food at 45° F or below. An operating thermometer shall be placed in the refrigerator.

At time of unannounced inspection on 5/5/26, a thermometer was not present in the refrigerator in the Toddler #1 room to ensure the temperature remains at 45 degrees Fahrenheit or less.

During renewal inspection, the facility's emergency plan had not been updated to meet Federal requirements under 45 CFR § 98.41(a)(1)(vii), which includes having a plan for Continuity of Operations.

During renewal inspection, the health report for child #1 showed an influenza vaccine had not been administered since 11/9/21, and the health report for child #2 showed that no influenza vaccines had been administered.
