3270.113(a) · Children on the facility premises and on facility excursions off the premises shall be supervised by a staff person at all times. Outdoor play space used by the facility is considered part of the facility premises.
On 2/24/22, around 10:15 AM, it was observed that 2 infants were unable to be seen by any staff, as the two infants were sleeping on one side of the room with an accordion divider pulled across the room. Staff person #1, the only staff person in the room, was on the other side of the divider. The divider was pulled back during the inspection, allowing staff person #1 to properly supervise all children in care.
