State agencies whose regulations may relate to the operation of a facility include the Department of Environmental Resources, the Department of Labor and Industry, the Department of Health, the Department of Education and the Department of Transportation. The OCDEL Announcement C-22-06 requires all current child care staff who completed the previous health and safety pre-service training modules prior to October 4, 2022to complete the Pennsylvania Health and Safety Update 2022 by December 30, 2022.

A renewal inspection occurred at the facility. A review of staff files was conducted. Staff person #1, #2, #3 and #4 did not complete the required one-hour 2022 update to the health and safety training by 12/30/2022. These staff completed the one-hour training on the following dates: Staff #1 on 2/10/23, Staff #2 on 1/23/23, Staff #3 on 4/3/23 and Staff #4 on 2/5/23.
