After interviews with staff, it was determined that child #1 is being placed in a highchair for up to ten minutes at a time, about 3-10 times per day for behavioral purposes. During this time that the child is in the highchair, his movement is restricted.

During the unannounced inspection on 9/3/24, on the Preschool playground, the blue big wheel bike was cracked by the handlebars and had broken plastic exposed. The plastic picnic table had broken edges along the seats and table corners. The Little Tykes Climber's blue standing base was cracked and was not able to properly support a child standing on it. On the toddler playground, the white plastic table had a crack in the top of it where fingers could be pinched.
