A renewal inspection was conducted on 4/20/26. Staff person #1 did complete Get Started with Center-Based Care: Building Blocks for Quality dated 8/1/21. However, Staff person #1 did not complete the following required pre- service training within 90 days of their date of hire (see LIS code sheet): Pennsylvania Health and Safety Update 2022 (1 hour). This is evidenced by the training on file dated 2/29/24.

3270.133(1)/3270.133(3) · A prescription or nonprescription medication may be accepted only in an original container. The medication shall remain in the container in which it was received. The label of a medication container shall identify the name of the medication and the name of the child for whom the medication is intended. Medication shall be administered to only the child whose name appears on the container.

A renewal inspection was conducted on 4/23/25. Cert rep observed an inhaler in the main classroom upstairs that was not in the original container and there was no RX label to indicate the name of the child. Staff reported it belonged it belonged to child #1.
