Staff person #3 was on the phone with the child's parents while staff person #2 was redirecting the child and then had the child sitting in their lap to help them calm down. Staff person #1 walked into the classroom and grabbed child #1 by their left upper arm and lifted the child into the air off of staff person #2s lap. While child is still in the air staff person #1 grabs them by their right arm and releases their left arm and puts them down on their feet. Staff person #1 then leads the child by their right wrist out of the side door of the classroom.
