Multiple toxic items were observed on the side porch, which is adjacent to the playroom, making them accessible to the 10-year olds playing unsupervised in the back playroom, including: approximately 16 packs of RediWipes disinfectant wipes and several bottles of dish detergent in boxes on the floor under a table and a tube of liquid stitch on the table; Hot Shot wasp and hornet spray, Coppertone sunscreen, Deep Woods Off insect repellant and Fast Orange Hand Cleaner on a lower shelf in a cabinet. On the back porch, two bottles of de-icer were on a shelf that was in reach of the two 10-year-olds in care at the time. All items included instructions to keep out of the reach of children.
