On 1/13/26 Child # 1 was observed on video to be placing a vape to their mouth that fell out of a facility staff #1's pants pocket. The investigation was determined to be verified by a state police officer from Lehigh County investigating the complaint also. The state police determined the object fell out of facility staff # 1's pants pocket while they were sitting on the floor attending to another child. The state police conducted an intense video investigation and said the object was a vape. As soon as the state police notified the provider of their investigation, facility staff # 1 was terminated from the facility.
