Staff person #1 and staff person #2 were unsure of their groups. Certification representative conducted a headcount and there were actually 21 children present in the room. Rep advised that staff needed to figure out their groups and rep would come back. When rep came back, staff informed rep that the extra child had come into the classroom from another room to sit with their sibling. Staff person #1 named 10 children and staff person #2 named 10 children. There were 20 children total present in the Older School Age room.

Once approved by the Regional Office, the legal entity must review policy with all staff and have staff sign off that the understand and will follow the supervision policy.
