3290.32(a)/3290.192(3) · The operator shall comply with the CPSL and with Chapter 3490 (relating to protective services). Staff 1 may not open the facility until all appropriate clearances are obtained. Household member 2 will not be in the childcare area when childcare is occurring until all appropriate clearances are obtained. A facility person's record shall include a copy of requests for the criminal history record and child abuse registry clearance information, a copy of the disclosure statement and a copy of the completed clearance information required under the CPSL. Staff 1 may not open the childcare until all appropriate clearances are obtained. Household member 2 may not be in the childcare area until all appropriate clearances are obtained.
During the initial inspection on 9/29/2025, it was observed that staff 1 and household member 2 did not have New York State child abuse clearances on file. Staff 1 stated that both of them lived in New York approximately one year ago.

A toxic plant was observed to be in the backyard. Upon further review, it was a Taro plant. Inside of the facility, next to the door leading to the backyard, was an Aloe Vera plant and a Golden Pothos. Upon further review, it was determined that they are also poisonous to humans.
