The Child Protective Services Law (CPSL) was revised to include the requirement for the National Sex Offender Registry (NSOR) Clearance effective 9/30/2019. Facility Person #4 is a household member and does not have PSP, Child Abuse, DHS FBI, NSOR verification, or out-of-state clearances on file. Facility Person #4 resides in the home for more than 30 calendar days per year.
