In the bathroom located in the hallway used by the 1 yr old class, the changing pad is cloth as well. Neither changing pad can be proper sanitized after each use. An acceptable plan of correction with a correction date of 3/11/22 was submitted that stated "The changing pads were disposed of and replaced with new vinyl changing pads. Provider will ensure that only vinyl changing pads are used and when they get ripped they will be disposed and replaced with new vinyl changing pads." On 5/9/22 during a walk through, there were new changing pads, however, Staff #7 was observed cleaning the pad after diapering with only a baby wipe that does not include a sanitizing agent.
