    At the time of the inspection, in room 2, there was a train table with 2 broken legs which was leaning on a soft device. The blue play kitchen was not durable in that it was able to be tipped when opened. There was a brown shelf located by the left back window which was separating from its sides causing a pinch hazard. The toy/game shelf located at the back right side of the room was not secured and was a tipping hazard.
